Terms & Conditions

 Purchases

Amish Woodwork may allow users to place orders for products via the Web Site. “Order” shall mean any order placed by a user for products via the Web Site that is approved by Amish Woodwork. In the event that you are a user placing an order to purchase products, you are subject to the additional terms listed in this section.

Upon placing an order, you shall pay to Amish Woodwork the purchase price as stated in the “Shopping Cart.” Amish Wood work will use the secure services of PayPal to process all purchases made with credit cards and are accepted by PayPal. The purchase price and any applicable fees or taxes shall be applied to your chosen method of payment upon submission of your order.

Availability and prices of all products are subject to change without notice. Any mistakes will be corrected where discovered and Amish Woodwork reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors.

 Shipping

Products will be shipped out using FedEx or equivalent shipping providers within a reasonable time after processing of your order. Shipment time will vary depending on the delivery method used. Amish Woodwork does not guarantee delivery at any certain time and is not responsible for delivery delays. A tracking number will be provided once the product is shipped out to its provided destination. Once the tracking number is provided you may use the shipping company’s website to track your products travels to you.

Shipping is provided within the continental USA. We have not set up shipping outside of the USA at this time.

Simple & Easy Returns

First, please make contact with Amish Woodwork to receive a return authorization number and address. At this time please notify Amish Woodwork if your mailing address is different than your shipped to address.

You may return purchased items 7 days of delivery. You will be required to repackage the item and handle all shipping processes and charges back to the Amish Woodwork supplied address. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable. Amish Woodwork sells products from some manufacturers that are custom made or made-to-order. These products are non-returnable and the order cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Products not eligible for return

– Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order).
– Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
– Any cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection
– Any product that has been assembled, modified or used in any way.
– Any product that is not in resalable condition.
– Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Amish Woodwork
– Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
– Large orders: (Orders containing 10 or more of a single product or orders with an invoice total greater than $1,500). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.

Once the return item is received, inspected and processed, which can take up to 7 Business days. Return shipping charges and re-stocking fees are not refundable. Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be by check and mailed to the delivered address. If your address is a PO Box or different that the ship to address please notify Amish Woodwork of the change.

 

Damage and Warranty

In the event a product ordered by you is damaged upon receipt, Amish Woodwork, at its sole option, may provide a replacement product or replacement parts for the damaged area. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving product to report any damage. Please keep the shipping box and take pictures of the damaged area.

Purchased product will receive the full benefit of manufactures warranties and please contact us for any warranty concerns so we can take care of you.
